2022 Annual Meeting

· Annual report from the Board of Directors

· Annual Audit Report for 2021

· Election of  3 board members.

· Open Floor Forum

Three board members’ terms are expiring but all have decided to serve another term.  If you wish to volunteer on the Board of Directors, please submit a short biography to the office (285-7804 or pvoa18@mchsi.com) by May 9th to get your name on the ballot. Requirements are the ability to attend meetings the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 6pm to 8pm and a desire to serve your community.

An absentee ballot will be available during office hours, May 11, May 16 or May 18, 8AM-noon for those who can not attend the meeting.  Absentee ballots will also be available at the May 11th meeting and on our website. ONLY ONE VOTE PER HOUSEHOLD.
