Bylaws Amendments

Please return your ballot for the amendments to our bylaws. The changes will allow participation in meetings by electronic means such as telephone or computer. This is a topic that was not addressed in 1966 when the bylaws were adopted. Because a quorum wasn’t reached at the March 10th meeting, the meeting was adjourned until April 14 at 7 pm. We need about 50 more votes to make a quorum. Make your vote count!

2021 Budget

The 2021 budget will be running at a $33,000 deficit. While PVOA does have a reserve fund, this fund will be depleted in 3 – 4 year without extra income and donations. To have a balanced budget, each owner would need to contribute an extra $33.88 in addition to the dues of $100. This budget is for maintaining equipment, parkways and greenspace but nothing new is planned.

Oil Recycling Cancelled for October

PVOA will not be collecting used oil on October 3, 2020 at the maintenance shed. The tank is full! We hope to have the tank emptied soon and be able to resume collection in November.

The ballots were sent out almost 3 months ago! PVOA needs approval from 2/3 of the membership to allow Park View Water & Sanitary District to access Park View’s common grounds for a $500,00 project in the parkways to reduce the impact of storm water. If you have misplace your ballot, contact the PVOA office.

Rental Regulations Public Input Meeting
